For employees to easily make referrals
Employees need to be able to access sharing job referral links easily and on the go. We want to increase adoption of the program and to take advantage of mobile features such as notifications, easy referrals and more.

Our employees are relying on their team leads to help them make referrals...they struggle with using the platform. Some continue to use our old referral process which is manual..

To address the low rate of referrals we improved various touch-points in the sign-up flow. While also making the platform mobile friendly for easier referrals on the go. To get our mobile app up and running quickly we wrapped the web application in a mobile wrapper and added it to the app stores.
Design solutions
New user dashboard
Now users are brought to a new dashboard upon signing up. This gives them quick access to their unique referral code, jobs to refer, previous referrals and their progress. Increasing trust through transparency on referrals and pending referral bonus's.

Now users can get notifications on new roles to refer to friends and their professional network. They can easily share their unique referral link from the dashboard or share specific roles using their preferred sharing method from the job card.
